The Computer Teachers of rural area/grassroots have no continuing guidline for teaching computer. They need a continuing guidline from outside to improve their careers. It's a new profession,so there are no senior teachers for help them. iBdNext has connected some headmaster and computer teachers of rural schools from five different rural locations of Bangladesh (Rangpur, Gaibandha, Pabna Dinajpur and Bogra). The plan is included the following actions:
- One day long knowledge sharing program in each location (Opening step).- One week long workshop/training with the computer teachers on self guidline.- 3 months long Follow up period.
- Rural Knowledge Day with the slogan "Listen from my neighbors" (Closing steps for one cycle)
This plan will give us great opportunity to reduce the digital divide and knowledge gape between rural and urban people. It is possible to proverty reduction and economic developments by build a knowledge society using ICT.
